As part of our academic partnership with Johnson & Johnson, we developed a curriculum for suppliers who are part of their Onward Sustainability Program. These workshops, based on Johnson & Johnson's Responsibility Standards for Suppliers and our four-pillar methodology, focused on topics such as ESG Compliance, Environmental Expectations, Climate & Emissions Reductions, Human and Worker Rights, and Health Equity. Each workshop featured a Johnson & Johnson and a Rutgers subject matter expert.
Using our work with Johnson & Johnson as a model, we developed our Inspire Training Program. This program is designed for corporations to educate their internal and external audiences on Corporate Social Innovation and topics relevant to each organization.
