Sig Shirodkar is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy. Based in New Jersey, he has over 30 years of leading large-scale transformations across Health Provider, Health Payer, Consumer Health, and Life Sciences companies.
Sig focuses on advising leaders and teams with accelerating their transformations to achieve their business adoption goals. He has helped clients in varying industries operating in traditional, distributed, and digital models with integrated solutions involving workforce intelligence, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management.
Prior to Accenture, Sig was a Partner with KPMG Advisory/People and Change leading their Healthcare and Lifesciences practice, a Principal with Archstone Consulting/Hackett Group leading their Organizational Effectiveness practice, and a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting Strategy and Operations/ Healthcare and Lifesciences.
Prior to his consulting experience, Sig held management roles with Empire BlueCross BlueShield, NY and with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NY.
Sig received his BA Degree from New York University, MPA Degree from New York University, and MBA from Columbia University.
Outside of work, Sig enjoys his downtime with his wife and four children.
