Bedilia is a Rutgers Business School MBA candidate with a concentration in Finance and Strategy. Bedilia has over 11 years of professional experience in the field of Social Services and the non-profit sector. In addition, she comes to us with experience in the Judicial System, Government, Educational Consulting, and Community Activism. Bedilia enjoys using her leadership skills and experience to educate and inform her community, system partners, and develop allies to further larger missions. It is through the understanding of financial services, financial management processes, and leadership abilities, that she believes in creating opportunities to create strategies that will expand individual thinking and translate into corporate initiatives. Bedilia believes in the power of leading just and sustainable businesses and it is with this vision that she is currently leading as President of the Net Impact Chapter at Rutgers Business School.
