Santwana Mandalika is a Director for Money Loji, a non-banking corporation in India that provides personal loans to its customers through a mobile application. Santwana oversees implementation of new underwriting techniques into the financial application for fast and efficient loan approvals. She is currently pursuing her full-time MBA in supply chain management and finance at Rutgers Business School. She holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and worked for a year in business litigation before coming to Rutgers Business School for her MBA. She is also a professional Indian classical dancer and enjoys practicing dance in her free time.
