Assistant Professor at the IESEG School of Management
Lucas Amaral Lauriano is an assistant professor at IESEG School of Management, Lille, France. Ph.D. in Management at King’s Business School, King’s College London, his research focuses on the intersection between the implementation of sustainability and CSR and employees. He helps, for example, organizations understand and solve persistent everyday problems, such as hypocrisy perceptions, stigmatization (e.g. LGBTQIA+, different minority groups), and disconnections between ‘words and deeds’.
