JACLYN M. DIDONATO is a senior (graduating in May 2022) majoring in Environmental Policy, Institutions, & Behavior with a dual minor in Business & Sustainable Global Food Systems at Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences. Her experiences include working as a Policy Intern for the NJ League of Conservation Voters, where she currently volunteers to advocate for environmental policy change within the state. She was a Sustainability Intern at Covanta, a waste-to-energy company where she analyzed landfill methane policies and state GHG inventories. Her current Capstone Project focuses on Food Waste and Food Security policy solutions.
